Our Intentions to hault the opening
of a foreign horse slaughter plant has failed for the state of Montana.
Seems the cattle industry and the Overbreeder associations seems to think they are right
in allowing such a criminal intent business to be accepted.
Its not about unwanted horse's it is pure greed and irresponsible people that want to keep on
breeding and not loosing profits to there undesired breeds.
Montana officals failed to do what the majority of Americans highly oppose.
A bill which Senator Butcher presented was immune from court conjuctions and
future proscution relating to inhumane treatment or enviromental Issues.
The bill was resent to the Governor with no admendments and expected to be
pass by the governor to sign it or veto it or pass it without his signature.
It was passed unto law without the Governor's signature.
This new law is clearly unconsitutional and we the
American People will counter act this prosition before any horse foreign plant touches dirt.
On a final note.
Once again the AVMA and the AAEP that took an Oath in office to protect animals have failed.
They sat and did nothing to stop this from happening.
